The Wise Progression Of Health

We all want to thrive.  So we need to take care of every level of health.  While our western medical model is great for addressing emergency needs, sometimes it needs supportive lifestyle measures for more chronic conditions. 
In the Wise Progression of Health, we support the foundations of health - diet, lifestyle, exercise - that work  in conjunction with other therapies.

These seven steps of healing come from Susun Weed's Wise Woman Tradition, and include:
  1. Resting, unplugging, renewing,
  2. Asking skillful questions to investigate root causes and gaining information,
  3. Engaging the energy in various ways, including lifestyle choices,
  4. Nourishing the body with real foods and tonifying herbs,
  5. Driving the energy with herbs and other modalities,
  6. Supplementation.

Lifestyle practices and health habits are among the nation’s most important health determinants. Changing unhealthy behaviors is foundational to disease prevention and health promotion.
