For any woman who wants to love her body, is learning to love her body, and/or already loves her body. Women of all shapes and ages coming together to talk about the things we don't often talk about and to reclaim the time, power and energy we give away thinking our body should be different in some way.
Week 1: Media, Culture & the Fish Bowl we Swim In
Week 2: Body Shapes, Sizes & Parts, Lineage and the Internalized Corset
Week 3: Eating Food: restricting, binging, nourishment, guilt, pleasure.
Week 4: Getting Old: sags, greys, wisdom, wrinkles, regret, freedom.
Week 5: Cycles: pregnancy, periods, pain, transformation, power.
