Our cycles are a part of being a woman, and they hold such pain as well as such power. They transform us, but let them not break us...


In this class we will



  • celebrate and appreciate the brilliance of our bleeding time,
  • unpack the cultural and familial messages around menstruation,
  • release shame we hold around our blood,
  • and make steady progress to give these times of the month the attention and appreciation they deserve so we can reclaim our power
