Moksha Medicine - Self-Preparatory Program
In this five-week program we provide you with maps and incredible tools shown to enhance and streamline healing entheogen experiences. You will learn and practice techniques from Mindfulness Meditation, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Self Compassion Therapy, and many other modalities, learning to:
~ Hold yourself with gentleness and compassion while allowing healing experiences to unfold,
~ Work with the brilliance and limitations of our conditioned mind,
~ Recognize various planes of consciousness to more easily embrace what could be found in each,
~ Recognize, interact with, and integrate various inner wounded "parts",
~ Work with large feelings, emotions, rumination, and beliefs that might overwhelm you,
~ Skillfully unwind trauma,
~ and much, much more.
Each session includes experiential work, practices, homework, and grounded information by experts in the field.
